(Not so) NEW IN/Haul

Sooooo, I just realized I had a bunch of pictures from stuff I bought over these last few months, and although i've been bad at keeping up with my shopping (this is only a small portion of what I bought) I might as well share with you some of it :)

So, take a trip with me to the depths of bargain shopping obcession!

 

Clutch from Feira da ladra (3€)

 Some books from an antiquary (1€ each)

 Leather bag from Feira da Ladra, which I really really love (it's a pity it is so small) and it was a MEGA BARGAIN, 1,5 euros!

 Infinity skull and roses scarf (love the pattern) C&A sales, 3€

 Perfume (trade) and owl ear muffs from Primark (1€)

This was a bit of a move outside my comfort zone, because I haven't worn jeans for literally like 10 years... But I figured that a pair of jeans might actually come useful for when I go on hikes and stuff... And I loved these, and they were for cheaps, so I couldn't pass them! (primark - 9 euros each)

I've been wanting a fake leather jacket for AGEEES, so when I found this bad boy, I had to bring him home with me. It's a bit tight unfortunately, but I can make it work (C&A, 29 euros)

Bunch of sweets you can't find in Portugal (I love the one with the candy pacifier)

Bunch of accessories and a black lipstick (cause i´m goff like that) from Claire's, 1€ each

Sweat from new yorker (which is SHIT in Portugal, but really good here in Aústria!) - 5€

Now all of these I bought second hand at a humana store sale, and they were all 1 EURO EACH! Yes, you read it right! One fucking eurooooooo!

I have LOADSS more hauls to post, whenever I have the time and patience to photograph everything and post it here. I hope you guys enjoyed my bargains, I´m a hugeeee bargain shop lover (I only buy something full price if I really freaking love it!). And I've been teaching my thrifty ways to my friends and disciples, like my baby Sara Corpsie and to Aileen!

What I got for xmas aka Happy times!

Ghouls of my heart, how are you?

I´m coming back to earth. These past weeks my head's been in the clouds, and I feel like I was trapped in some weird (happy) time vortex. There was xmas. There was lots of food (main courses were shrimp, turkey and bacalao), there were sweats and desserts (portuguese names, bear with me - baba de camelo, bolo de mousse, mousse, serradura, all kinds of sweets, ice cream ladidah). There were xmas presents. The mood was golly, and it felt pretty nice. The best way to explain it is, somehow it didn't feel xmasy, yet it was really nice and happy (same happened with new years celebrations!). There were no arguments or grumpiness, for which I was very grateful. We stayed up till 5 am in my brothers house, exchanging gifts, watching TV and playing guitar hero. The next day, we headed over to my aunt, played with my cousins, got some more pressies and had some moar nice foodies. Xmas was great this year, and I was very happy all the time. Yay!

So, in case you're curious (or maybe i´m just showing of, ah!) these are the pressies I got! I tried to divide the stuff in categories, to make it easier.

Clothes and stuff -

  JC lita replicas, a pair of black socks, and a bat jumper which I <3 (Also, my new years eve dress which I LOVEEEEEEEE and you will see in my new year's report post!)

Random stuff -

  Candle holder, peach candles, travelsize containers (for austria!), a scp (my portuguese football club) mug, a dvd and 3 books

Makeup and beauty related products:

Pre natal washing up without water liquid soap (great for festivals!), Acessorize makeup goodies box (3 nail varnishes, a body wash, a blusher, a mineralized skin finish and some body butter), a little box of lip-glosses and a metal makeup case (I freaking love the caseeee!! - and i think you can see what's inside, so no need to describe it)

A perfume (smells like raspberry, it's like yummy!!), a detangler spray, a coconut body milk (I hate the taste of coconut, but I love it's smell!), an anti dark circles under eyes cream (lol, i think i might have made up this name), a brush, a purple nail varnish, black glitter eyeshadow and eyepencil from Kiko (<3 that shop and their products!)

Last but not the least, YUMMIES!:

  A biiiigass praline chocolat box, two little bitesize shortcake packages (I was addicted to those when I lived in England, and my uncle lives there, so he remembered and brought me some. I cried a little when I tore up the wrapping paper and saw them!), some biscuits, some jelly berries, some mon cherie dupes (that i don't like, blah) and some xmas themed chocolat!

I´m missing a framed puzzle my friend Marco gave me, with stars and moons and wizards, which is completely childlike and amazing, but I left it at his house unfortunately :( Meh!

Also got some money and stuff (catxim!) but i wasn't about to photograph that.

I´m so grateful for everything I got! I thought that with the crisis and all, i'd have a slim stack of presents, but as you see, I was a very lucky gall and got tons of amazing pressies!

Thanks to my family, friend and pets for making my Christmas (and my life) a truly happy one!

Hey ghoulies!

I've got a series of delayed posts that I need to do. I've been quite active lately, and would like to share some bits and bobs with you! First, some of the purchases I've been doing lately. They're mostly trades and stuff, since I've been as poor as a... I dunno, as poor as ever! Still, I really enjoy getting my hands on some new goodies, so I´m quite active in the trade world. Birthday haul!

Hello my dear ghouls and ghoulies, how are you?

Melon facebooked my post and brought some new readers my way, I was so happy about that :D I´m really tired and uninspired today, so I decided to show you some of the stuff I got for my bday in order to cheer up! It's not everything, because I forgot to take pictures of some stuff, but it's most of it. My friends surprised with some sweet gifts and I will share some piccies of my bday dinner eventually, and tell you more about it. Fow now, I'll leave you with the hurl!

Andre is so sweet, he painted that picture for me! He loves anime and stuff and and though it's not my kind of thing, I loved it that he took the time and effort to surprise me! <3 Eduardo gave me the first volume of game of thrones, WHICH I'VE BEEN WANTING FOR AGEEES! Such a happy moment! Fernando gave me a book which supposedly deals with a pagan woman that is forced to convert to Christianism or smtg (he knows the mists of avalon are my all time favourite book, and this seems kinda similar) :D

My parents gave me the white shoes, and I bought everything else myself with birthday money from my Grandpa

More stuff I bought for myself. That incense is absolutely delightful! I´m wearing the nail varnish right now (its so halloweeny!) and the doughnut just made my hair dreams come true!
